Meet our Founder, Judie.
For over 30 years, Judie has witnessed firsthand the wellness struggles that both clients and fellow health coaches face in British Columbia's Southern Interior. As a Certified Health Coach, Registered Massage Therapist, and entrepreneur, she discovered that traditional coaching approaches weren't creating lasting transformation. That is why she created Delcara Health Coaching (formerly the Real You Health Coach Collective).
Judie realized that true wellness flows with natural rhythms, not against them. This sparked her mission to support health coaches ready to offer clients something more meaningful: living in harmony with the seasons.
Our holistic approach recognizes that physical health, emotional well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual growth are interconnected and influenced by natural cycles. Through seasonal nutrition guidance, community connection, and reflective practices, Delcara Health Coaching empowers coaches to offer clients a sustainable wellness path that honors the rhythms of both body and earth.
